Hello and welcome to gobbledybook!

Goal: Find and spell out the displayed word within the allotted time. It exists, somewhere, scrambled up within the grid of letter tiles - trust me!

Make words by selecting letter tiles using left click. Selected tiles turn red. The first letter tile can be any tile, however consecutive tiles must be adjacent to one another in one of the 8 directions. Also, tiles can only be used once - clicking a red tile will deselect it and any letters that follow.

When you find the word you get a point, and 30 seconds are restored to the timer for a maximum of 45 seconds. If you run out of time, you will be given an option to play again or return to the main menu.

Players who desire a casual experience may toggle the timer using the STOP TIMER button. Be warned, this will disable your eligibility to break the high score until you restart.

Finally, in the main menu you can view a list of all the words and definitions you've encountered in each run, as well as a string representation of the letter tile grid you found it within. Cheers!
